CAPVIC (Clinical AI Platform for Variant Interpretation & Classification) is a production-grade MCP server built by Vivax that integrates 10 major clinical genomics data sources — including CIViC, ClinVar, OncoKB, VICC MetaKB, gnomAD, UniProt, PubMed, MyVariant.info, Cancer Hotspots, and LitVar2 — to provide real-time access to clinical evidence for variant classification.
The server implements gold-standard classification frameworks: AMP/ASCO/CAP 4-tier somatic classification, ClinGen/CGC/VICC SOP oncogenicity scoring, ACMG/AMP 5-tier germline interpretation, and Driver Mutation Cross-Reference. With 29 specialized tools, it enables multi-source evidence search, therapeutic matching, population frequency analysis, protein domain mapping, and in-silico predictions.
