Vertical AI & EHR integration. On top of Acudx world-model-backed infrastructure, we're building vertical clinical AI with native EHR integration and built-in trust scoring. Our CerebraLink work shows the direction: a streaming, multi-agent clinical decision-support assistant that reads the record, runs specialized agents in parallel, and returns a cited answer — a first response in about ten seconds and the full, trust-scored analysis in roughly a minute. It performs guideline-based dose calculation, can write prescriptions (ATC mapping plus per-country brands), is FHIR R4 and HL7 v2 compatible through a single pluggable adapter, and de-identifies PHI before any reasoning model sees it. A dedicated agent scores every answer across six axes — evidence, alignment, relevance, safety, completeness, and recency — and cross-checks it against token-level probabilities so low-confidence or people-pleasing claims are scored down rather than rubber-stamped.
